We (Bryan & Marcelo) share with you Órbita Semanal (ÓS):
a practice of journaling for personal development in alignment with nature.
ÓS is inspired from the cycles and symbology of nature and we hope it inspires you in your own practice.
1
ÓS brings clarity and awareness through writing that empowers our discernment and decisions.
2
3
ÓS offers the foundation for developing our connection with ourselves and nature through a journaling practice.
This revitalized Óperating System provides us the structure of the natural rhythm; balancing our energy.

Everything begins in thought. We share what we have learned so that we may get to the root of the root; to question ourselves so that we may bring greater consideration into our lives. We advocate using our words as if they were spells so that day by day our lives develop with intention. We have the power to create our reality through our thoughts, words, and actions. Let us continue to bring forth the best in one another.
We meet anew,
Bryan & Marcelo
In the spring of 2022, as we were planning our week ahead together in the garden, we reflected upon the way in which we could better organize our days. We felt there was a better way to use our time and energy. We were taking notes in our journals when a question arose: “Where do the names of the days of the week come from?”
